Chalk the Walk in Mount Vernon
Chalk the Walk is Iowa's first and largest-ever Madonnari Festival. The two day event presents the work of over 250 artists utilizing the street as a canvas and over a half-ton of chalk, in beautiful uptown Mount Vernon.
